The annual Holi Festival is finally here! I've been so agitated to part take in this Hindu spring festival of fun, colour and music. The tickets cost only 400NT with 2 paints and a full lunch meal. As soon as I enter the park, a girl smiled at us whilst abruptly painted a few patches of pink on my face.

"Happy Holi!"

My first Hole Festival could not have had a better introduction.

Throughout the entire festival, we splashed and painted both of us. Our faces, hair, and clothes dyed with different colours. The whole park was filled with laughter and music. We were screaming and running away from each other with wet clothes and hair, random people were coming up to us and splashing greens and reds everywhere and everything was messy but lovely. No one was left out. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the Bollywood music brought up the celebration spirit and enthusiasm. We had a blast, it is also safe to say that I will most certainly be participating in the Holi Festival next year.
